Working out alone can be boring and it can get tough to keep yourself accountable. We get that! Which is why we offer adult fitness classes in a small group setting – 3 clients with one trainer which means personal training at a lower cost! And to top it off, we make it FUN!
Clients are thoroughly evaluated at the start with our comprehensive fitness assessment. Following the assessment, we create a customized program that the clients execute under the observation of our experienced trainers. We focus a lot on strengthening muscles and patterns that are involved in everyday movement. For example – sitting & standing from a chair multiple times in a day (squat), lifting heavy things off the floor (deadlift) and placing them in their designated spots (push/pull). All these movements are “strengthened” to make sure you can live a long, injury-free and a healthy life!

Kids Fitness
Developing fundamental movement skills and overall motor skills including agility, balance, coordination using interactive games in a team setting. Learning basic foundational physical skills such as skipping, climbing, rolling, throwing, catching, kicking for a well-rounded development of proper movement for ALL kids whether they play on athletic teams or not.
Introduction to strength training – how to correctly do basic exercises such as squat, push-ups, lunges and strengthening muscles for good postural control.

Sports Performance
High 5 was established with the goal of producing world class athletes. Our goal is to keep our athletes injury-free & to maximize their performance through the application of strength, speed, agility, power and endurance.
The athletes are first put through a detailed sports screening following which a customized program is created based on their sport and requirements. They are also informed about scientific practices in nutrition, recovery, load monitoring, sleep and injury prevention.
Our current sports specific programs include (but not limited to): Golf, Swimming, Cricket, Tennis, Football and Skating.
Youth Athlete Development
Building up on the foundational movement skills that they acquired in Mini Ninjas, this class works on developing long term athletes with emphasis on quality rather than quantity of training. Children learn team-work and sportsmanship in addition to training for strength, agility, speed and endurance in a small-group setting.
Children while they are growing go through various physical and physiological changes in their body and being involved in physical activity only helps with those changes!
