High 5 Sports Performance is a high-performance training facility that specializes in the application of functional movement, strength and conditioning to optimize health, performance and overall quality of life.

High 5 is set-up a little differently compared to a traditional “gym” and we believe that moving efficiently & training holistically is crucial for a healthy lifestyle.

We also work hard to create a positive, encouraging atmosphere for our clients and emphasize the importance of enjoying their workouts.

Whatever your goals may be whether it is athletic performance, weight loss, weight gain or simply staying fit, we got you covered. From pre-teens to seniors, weekend golfer to pro athlete, we serve everybody to help them achieve their goals.

Former India number 1 in Speed Skating, Priyanka Dalal is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and a Sports Performance Coach. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Master’s degree in Exercise Science and is the founder of High 5 Performance in Ahmedabad.

During her Sports Performance Internship at Stanford Athletics, she worked with various coaches to implement sport specific programs for 24 different varsity teams including men’s & women’s golf, tennis, soccer, swimming, gymnastics and basketball. It was then that she found her calling. She dreamt of having a training centre in India that provided athletes with everything that they required. From state of the art coaching & expertise in strength & conditioning, to mental toughness, physiotherapy & nutrition. And this is how High 5 Performance was born. It is a high performance training facility that exists to inspire, educate and motivate individuals to reach their highest potential and lead healthy, balanced lives.

Priyanka believes that there is a child within all of us and she is dedicated to help you to bring out your best self, in the most scientific yet fun way possible.

Being a Sports enthusiast and a former state cricketer, Amreen developed a deep understanding of the demands of high performance sports. Her own fitness transformation from being overweight to fit, ignited the passion for training ,leading her to pursue ASCA LEVEL -1 and a diploma in personal training.
Now as a strength and conditioning coach, she help athletes and individuals enhance their performance, develop strength, mobility and endurance while minimising injury risks. Her goal is to bridge the gap between sports and fitness, ensuring that people not only achieve their goal but also develop long term appreciation for movement and strength. Coaching allows her to stay connected to sports while helping others grow.

Aparajeet Nadar is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with a robust background in sports performance and rehabilitation. In his role at High 5 Performance, he develops evidence-based training programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance, reducing injury risk, and promoting long-term physical development.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Aparajeet possesses extensive expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and modern strength and conditioning methodologies. His coaching philosophy focuses on speed development, plyometrics, mobility, and adaptive strength training techniques, ensuring that each athlete’s regimen is tailored to their unique needs.

A former track sprinter, Aparajeet combines practical athletic experience with scientific insight to optimize performance across various sports. His expertise lies in his dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to understanding the physical and mental demands of each athlete. Through his innovative and personalized approach, he consistently drives progress and inspires confidence in each member that he trains.

Deena is a sports Physiotherapist and fitness enthusiast who believes that prevention is better than cure. She has completed her Master’s degree in Musculo-Skeletal disorders and Sports therapy in the year 2010 , ACE certified since 2022 and is not only ambitious but extremely passionate about helping individuals train pain free to achieve optimal fitness levels. Age is just a number for her and believes that every individual at all ages can achieve optimal fitness goals.

She has worked in this field since 2010. Through this time she has worked with the Indian women’s senior hockey team, National taekwondo team, Indian women’s senior volleyball team and various other National teams at international levels. She has been the official Physio on bench for more than 50 International matches representing India in various countries.

A dedicated sports physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from GNDU, Amritsar, Pratik Chandarana brings over 2.5years of experience both in clinical settings and on the field. Having worked in Bangalore, he holds expertise in sports-related injuries and rehabilitation. With a focus on functional recovery, Pratik combines his knowledge in musculoskeletal disorders and his passion for sports to help individuals regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. He believes that personalized treatment and consistent care are key to long-term wellness.

Solomon Kingsly, a former volleyball player, discovered his passion for the sport at the age of 13. His deep enthusiasm for athletics led him to pursue a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, where he specialized in strength and conditioning. With a strong foundation in sports science, Solomon is dedicated to enhancing athletic performance and promoting fitness excellence.

Throughout his career, he has worked with athletes from various disciplines, including squash, table tennis, and mixed martial arts (MMA). His expertise lies in developing personalized training programs tailored to individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize performance, prevent injuries, and improve overall fitness. Solomon’s mission is to empower individuals—whether professional athletes or fitness enthusiasts—to achieve their goals and reach peak physical potential through strategic, science-driven training methodologies.

Jeel plays the role of Admin at High 5 Performance. Blending her expertise in commerce with a background in software programming, Jeel brings innovation and efficiency to her role at High 5. She is passionate about learning, growing, and helping others have a fun, enriching experience.

Her vibrant personality and proactive approach makes her a key part of the team,
ensuring smooth administration and meaningful client engagement. Always eager to explore new ideas, she works hard to create an environment where every member thrives.
